On a £100,000 house sale, the average estate agents fee is 1.5%. Which equates to £1,500 plus vat at 17.5%. Giving a cost to you the seller of £1,762.50.
Godfrey and Godfrey. will charge £200 plus vat, a total of £235. Giving you the seller a saving of £1,527.50 which we are sure you can put to better use than paying estate agents to conduct your sale, for instance, a bigger deposit on your new home.
We do not charge any commission nor benefit financially from the sale of your property, which is why we are not conventional Estate Agents.
